The Dayton Wingmasters
We are a community of radio controlled aircraft pilots, builder, and designers dedicated to the promotion of all aspects of model aviation in the Dayton, Ohio area.

The Dayton Wingmasters are a chartered member (#499) of the Academy of Model Aeronautics.

You must have a current AMA Membership and a current FAA (UAS) Registration to fly at the Dayton Wingmasters Flying Field and you should always have your AMA card on you when you show up to fly and all your aircraft must have your FAA number on them.

No matter how BIG or SMALL your aircraft is you must have a Current AMA and anything over .55 pounds (250 grams) you must have the FAA (UAS) Registration number to fly at the Dayton Wingmaster's Flying Field.

There are no exceptions, this rule this is the Agreement the Dayton Wingmaster have had in place with the City of Dayton Parks Department for many many years and is the only reason we are allowed to fly there to this day.

You may be asked to show your current cards if you are new to the field so please make sure you have it with you.

The Locks have been changed

Gate Keys can be purchased at either RC Hobby Center or at a Wingmasters Monthly Meeting and are $25.00 (must show your 2016 AMA Card and and FAA (UAS) Registration and you can upgrade to the Gate Key/Electric key for an additional $15.00. With the upgrade you will have access to the fields electric and be able to attend all the wingmasters sponsored events.
